Mark Decker serves as Vice President of Commercial Operations at Toledo Engineering Co., Inc. (TECO), providing executive leadership across the company’s commercial and contractual functions. He oversees commercial strategy, contracting, risk allocation, and enterprise-level decision-making in support of disciplined execution and sustainable growth.

With a legal background and a business-first mindset, Mr. Decker brings clarity, pragmatism, and risk awareness to complex commercial environments, ensuring TECO’s commercial frameworks align with strategic and operational objectives.

He brings more than 14 years of experience working in and alongside the glass industry, spanning both established organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.

Mr. Decker holds a degree from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
