Douglas Burgoon

President - TECO

Doug Burgoon serves as President of Toledo Engineering Co., Inc. (TECO), where he provides strategic leadership and directs all operating departments of the company. He works closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and perform in full accordance with contractual requirements, reinforcing TECO’s commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.

Mr. Burgoon has been with TECO since 1980, bringing more than four decades of experience and institutional knowledge to the organization. Throughout his tenure, he has held a wide range of leadership and technical roles, including Project Engineer, Administrative Manager of Engineering, Director of Batch Plant Projects, Senior Director of Project Management, Senior Director of Construction & Estimating, Vice President of Project Management, and Vice President of Operations. This diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of TECO’s operations and the glass industry as a whole.

As President, Mr. Burgoon leads all departments, while also contributing to TECO’s design and development initiatives focused on advancing innovative solutions for the glass industry. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all disciplines.
