VP - Business Operations - TECO
Mr. James Enderlen has been employed by Toledo Engineering Co., Inc. since 1981. He began his career as an Estimator (1981 – 1990), then became Chief Estimator and Construction Planner (1990 – 1998), Manager of Proposals (1998 – 2011), Director of Contracts and Proposals (2011-2012) and is currently Vice President of Business Operations. While working with the estimating group, Jim was instrumental in assisting with the development of many of TECO’s computerized estimating systems. He has participated in developing estimates ranging from complete new turnkey facilities to furnace audit services.
Jim received his Associates degree in Civil Construction Technology from The University of Toledo (1978) and his Bachelor of Individualized Study majoring in Business Management from Lourdes College (1992).
In his current position, Jim handles the Business Operations (building, maintenance, leases, insurance, employee benefits, etc.) and oversees the Estimating and Pre-Contract Group and provides review and approval of all client agreements, contracts, disclosure agreements, etc., along with construction advisors.
